        Wish I could rate it lower than one star. Sign says fold in mirrors well I folded mine and it still managed to get ripped backwards. Get to spend $400 on a mirror now. Oh and my truck was still dirty. This place is terrible.

        Just don't put old bills in machine I had 1 good 10$ and 2 old 1$ bills it didn't want to take and I lost the 10$ because there is no return besides that it's a great carwash

        First let me start off by saying I'm a LOYAL member to this car wash. I took my expedition through the car wash in youngsville and it completely smashed my side back bumper, broke the tail light and flattened my front tire. I then had to walk on foot back home and called the owner to let him know and he proceeded to LAUGH at me, then told me to go move my vehicle immediately because I was interrupting his business or he was calling a tow truck to tow my vehicle. My car hadn't even been there for 15 minutes. As I was WALKING BACK TO MY CAR ON FOOT I hung up to phone to file a police report and he called me back yelling at me telling me "he wasn't done talking" and told me he didn't have time for the police because he was going to a church function. My vehicle has AT LEAST $3,000 worth of damage to it. BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED FROM ANY BUSINESS IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.

      This is a most unfortunate incident, but sadly Ms. Daigle actually ran into the car wash unit and positioned her vehicle somewhat sideways inside of the wash, thus causing the machine to move off the track. When her vehicle hopped the railing, it popped her tire. The videos clearly show her hitting the machine when she drove in. While I tried to explain to her what to do next and offered to show her the videos, she chose to hang up on me and post this poor review instead.I love my customers, and I run a good business. It is unfortunate that she chose to handle it in this way, and lay blame on the car wash and on me when it was clearly her own fault.
