I LOVE this place! The workers are always SO FRIENDLY, and they always get my car in and out of the shop as quickly as possible. (It might help that I zoom in after school each time!) Once, I had my son and his two friends in the car (all 5th graders). I could not for the life of me figure out where the middle strap and latch for the seat belt were. After I pulled in, I was greeted by a man who was friendly and super helpful. The best part, though, was that he entertained the boys with silly dad joke after silly dad joke, cracking them up the entire time he worked to find that seatbelt system so the boys would be safe. I ALWAYS have a wonderful experience here. (And Im super picky when it comes to customer service!) On my most recent visit, Rachel was another great Chabills employee I encountered!! She told me exactly when my parts arrived and how long it would take before I should be back on the road. (Rachel knew I was antsy about keeping an appointment on the upper north side of Lafayette, and she did everything in her power to ensure that I was out of the door as soon as humanly possible. Shout out to Ben, too, for changing my brakes in a hurry!!) I highly recommend this Chabills location for ALL of your automotive needs!
