I have recently experienced a very good dentist appointment. Everyone that knows me , knows I’m scared of dentist, But Dr.Cole in Winnfield is absolutely the best there is by far.Hes patient,kind.and very good at what he does. He listens very well and is very caring.I would definitely recommend him. He gets 5 stars from me.May God bless him and his wonderful staff. Their the best.🙏

I Love Dr. Cole and staff. I told him that I had bad anxiety, and he was very friendly, and GENTLE! I thought I was going to lose a molar, and he was able to save it. Great Dentist and Staff! A+++.

I had 3 extractions done and am looking for a new dentist. I have dentemax , the discount portion and looked up their providers. First one to pop up with my zip code was Dr. Cole. When calling to make an appointment "Trina" stated they don't take discount cards. I asked than why are you contracted through their discount plan and showing in network upon their discount plan provider search? She couldn't really answer me., even told me the dr just picks out what he wants to use, she was very RUDE. I think its HORRIBLE to be so misleading to the public. If you don't accept something but are contracted to take it and DONT that's BAD BUSINESS! After explaining my issue she STILL WOULDNT SEE ME KNOWING I AM IN PAIN AND THEY ARE IN NETWORK. You couldn't honor it until you straightened out your contract with dentemax? TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE " OFFICE MANAGER TRINA" and I DONT THINK DR COLE CARES ABOUT HIS PATIENTS NEEDS, ONLY THEIR POCKETS!!!! Do yourself a favor and find a dentist that cares because TRINA and DR. COLE DO NOT!

My wife went in and wanted an extraction we did not want to save tooth he did not listen at all and filled the tooth putting my wife in horrible pain we are had to get another dentist to pull tooth stay away from this dentist. update this dentist come to find out actually filled the wrong tooth run from him

I have a movement disorder akin to Parkinson's which the office was first and foremost made more than aware of. During a root canal with Dr. Cole, I began to shake uncontrollably and without any explanation suddenly the root canal was over. I was rushed from the office only to find out that he was not near done and that he wanted more money to finish after a $500 deposit.
