Absolutely love this store and the staff. This review is on the manager working at 3:00pm on this date. I have been in this store more times than I know. Spent several of thousands in there. Laughed and joked with all the staff and recognize most all of them. Today I come to spend roughly $700.00 on a 2200lb axle, x2, 24 inch rims and tires and lug nuts for all. I saw that the axle was missing 2 press in lugs and asked an employee if they could grab 2 out of a box and make it complete because I didnt want to spend another $30.00 on something that was supposed to be included. The boy went and asked his manager and she said no. He come back to tell me that I was welcome to try but she wasnt going to budge. I went to speak to her and she was hovering over the two guys who were sitting on the floor working the shelves. I could tell something was off but didnt give much thought to it. I asked if they could work with me and she cut me off and said no. I told her I just needed 2 of the lugs to make a complete product and she said that she wasnt going to do it. My options were to buy it and the pieces I need or she can just not sell it because it was an incomplete product. I have never experienced a snotty attitude like this in any Tractor Supply ever and I just walked away. As I was leaving she began to belittle the 2 workers in a very hateful manner and they just looked at me with sorrow in their eyes and began to try to please her again. She said everything snotty to them calling them idiots without actually saying the word. If you doubt this review.. not in your store but on the dud manager you found, I challenge you to go find the camera pointed in that direction and hopefully it records audio. Again I want to say that I love yalls store and everyone Ive laughed with there but she is going to damage your good employees and you customer relationships.
