The staff was polite. However I ordered a new washer and dryer. Originally was tod it would be delivered on Friday, than Saturday, then Monday, and finally it came today. Problem was I was told what they thought I wanted to hear.

I brought a mattress from national furniture outlet about seven months after hurricane IDA for over 400.00 dollars and they sold me a contaminated mattress that had a very very bad smell that once I removed the plastic the mattress had on it it had my entire apartment super funky so I called and spoke to a black guy a Uncle Tom kind and he refused to give me a mattress that wasn't damaged by IDA hurricane but not realizing at the time the day I arrived at the warehouse they were loading many mattresses on a truck bringing them to the dumpster and mine should've been one but after having all my money they gave me a very bad and contaminated and super funky mattress I had to remove it from my apartment and buy a mattress from somewhere else, money lost I won't ever do business with national furniture outlet ever again
