Our experience with the Westlake JD Bank has been the best banking experience we have ever had. They are incredibly friendly and always eager to help and answer any questions we have. There is a real family, small town feel. It is a bank where everybody knows yur name!

The JD Bank Team in Westlake is THE BEST in the banking industry. My husband and I followed the entire staff over when they transferred from another bank in Westlake. Rochelle, Eddie, Monica, Kourtney, and Megan are knowledgable, friendly, super helpful, accommodating with all of our banking needs and always greet me with a smile. From checking and savings accounts to making deposits (doublechecking me on my math) and working with us on mortgages (especially after devastating hurricanes), the JD Bank Team in Westlake is truly THE BEST hands down!
