Called 1 day ahead they said it was good to go. Next day they tell me it's going to be 1 hour wait not a problem. Waited 2 hours and 35 mins called them back they tell me they got 4 other people that just suddenly appeared out of thin air ahead of me and it's going to be a 3 hour wait. So that's 5-6 hours I would have been waiting. Not the way to do business. I dont know who does the priority on who gets towed but if I've already waited 2 hours and 30 mins and call a day in advance I should be next. Thank God there's more towing business cause they're doing a great job advertising for them. Don't waste your time with this business.
