Absolutely horrible. My family had a 10 year warranty, after 3 years they did it had expired, there are cracks in out roof, walls, and floor. The house has settled so bad that one of the runners is about to break. I would not recommend to anyone to go here. If I could give a 0 I would

Where to start It's been less than a year since we moved into the new trailer The ceiling has multiple cracks in it The windows have been leaking and the stairs broke but the customer service has been mediocre at best that keeps sending the same guy that all and they obviously have no interest in fixing some of the problems Update: so now I'm only telling you the facts. I asked and asked for stuff to be repaired but I never thought they would be as duplicitous as this but they put off pretty much everything they were supposed to fix then out of no where they tell me my warranty has ended?!? So they say I got a 1 year warranty on a brand new trailer that is falling apart. I still have 24 more years to pay it off!!! I hope whomever reads this will never buy anything from this company or frankly Warren Buffett in general. I honestly feel like being homeless is better than dealing with this.
