        The brisket was ok definitely the best in Louisiana I've had so far but being from Texas we just do brisket way different and better but hey it was ok...

        Had the place to ourselves at an odd hour. Rib special was really tasty, nicely rubbed and smoked. Good sized portion for a 1/2 rack, and no sauce was needed! Baked beans were excellent and obviously not an afterthought. Glad I tried the pork rinds. Should have gotten a bag to go.
