Amy Dunn: Allstate Insurance

There is no zero stars or that would be my choice. This office has no idea how to give good customer service. I spoke to the agent herself the first time she sold us on insurance for my daughters first home purchase. Since then, she does not take calls nor does her staff return calls. Were now looking at a cancellation notice because this agency has been incapable of resolving the issue in almost 3 months. I do not recommend.

I'd love to give allstate a five-star but this employee or agent or however it works. Was most likely the worst experience I ever had with car insurance agents when asked to get a quote never got it from her was put on hold multiple times and told that she would call me back never happened and in that happening I had a lapse in my insurance and then a car accident at the same time when I found out that my lap insurance was because of her I would recommend not getting your insurance through her

Amy Dunn has been the most helpful, professional and kind person that I have ever dealt with and not just in the insurance industry, her knowledge and willingness to make sure that issues(that were not her doing) were resolved was amazing. Just because I am a customer she helped fix others mistakes and make sure we were taken care of.
