        My review has nothing to do with the business just the owner herself. I simply wanted to gather information for my grad project . She answered the phone saying im watching hoarders hold on. Then proceeded to be rude about simple information. I don't understand when I was just asking a price yet being rude is never the solution.

        Well... my experience was negative from the start. Didn't seem like she wanted my business and ultimately my time was wasted. When I called to try and get service I was told to call back in 5 minutes while she ordered from Walmart ugh. I called back an hour later and she texted saying she was still busy ordering from Walmart. Then when she finally called back another full hour later... we decided on Wednesday at 11 and I offered to pay more than the price quoted. This was on Monday and I informed them I was moving on Friday. Tuesday she called to push my cleaning back to Thursday at 11.... Thursday arrived and I got ghosted. They didn't show up and all calls went straight to voice-mail the whole day. I texted and left a voice message but no response. She knew I was moving Friday and I even volunteered to pay more than what she was charging but I got ghosted. Like damn at least tell me you weren't interested in my business I could've went elsewhere but very unprofessional wasting my time... would not recommend.

      Hi, miss Thompson, it was a pleasure speaking with you earlier. Yes, ma'am. It's Sunday and I went to church and I was watching HOARDERS all day longToto educate and understand my client so I'm able to meet all of their needs. I was not unprofessional. I was very to the point and let you know that we do not do estimates over the phone that we go to the properties. That way, we are better able to evaluate the situations that individuals may be living in. You call me back several times and I basically sent you a message and let you know. I was out of the office and that you could make a phone call to me Monday through Friday and between the hours of 8 AM and 5. you specifically ask me to give you an estimate on a building that was square footage. I'm not understanding how that correlates with your Schooling. I have extensive experience working with individuals with lots of different situations and a lot of my clients are dealing with Hoarding situations. Like I said in our text messages. After you became very irate. Basically demanding me to give you an estimate that I refuse to give you after I spoke to you and let you know that. I wished you good luck in your endeavors and everything that you do. And Jesus name. And I pray that you find the information that you're looking for.Crystal (CEO/ADMINISTRATOR)

      I do apologize for any inconvenience that this had created for you. I was locked out of my iPhone that and I did not have the information that I need because you specifically sent me a text message with the location of your property which you stated was hard to find.Along with a text message everything was stored on my phone. It's not that I didn't want your business. Because I deal with situations on a daily basis that included what we had spoken about. . It was never intentional and like I said. I do apologize for any convenience. I can offer you a $50 credit towards any services in the future. And yes, sir, I absolutely was ordering from Walmart because I was completely out of cleaning supplies for my cleaning crew which comes up to hundreds of dollars a week.
