My husband and 2 children have lived here for almost 3 years. We absolutely LOVE living here, and new management has been wonderful. They are very communicative, respectful, and punctual. They have installed a leasing office on site which has made everything easier with paying rent, requesting maintenance, having our landlords readily available for anything, etc...We recommend Parkwood Townhouses and Apartments to anybody looking for a great place to call home. They are family friendly, amazing landlords/office/staff, and in a great location.

Hidden gem in a nice quiet and safe environment.Pricing is reasonable. Centrally located in West Monroe, LA. Very convenient to stores, shops, the interstate, and . Property well maintained. Older style townhome but remodeled since the flood of 2016 with a classic look. Good communication with management. Maintenance is performed timely. Overall living experience has been good, so far.

The new people managing this property are crazy!!. After living here unbothered for years, Im now finding a note on my door every single day talking about fines or eviction. You work on your car in the parking lot? FINED. Damaged blinds? FINED. Dont pick up after your dog? FINED and your dog has to go. No pajamas or skimpy clothes can be worn outside. Flat tire? Car towed. No hanging out outside. No kids playing outside. It went from a chill place to a ghost town. People moving out who have been here for longer than me. This place aint even nice enough for them to be doing this to us. Our homes are falling apart while we are being constantly fined for no reason. And after 3 times of being fined over just living in the place YOU pay for, theyll evict you. They dont want tenants just money.
