        THIS PLACE IS AWESOME! First off, this is the best place I have ever stayed in Venice hands down! We have been down there on and off for the last 25 years and have stayed at allot of places. Simply put, this place has everything you need for large or small groups, whether you are fishing or just relaxing, and its super nice to boot. Its 100 yards from Venice Marina where there is a tackle shop, fuel, and a nice restaurant. Location is everything down there, and this puts you right where you want to be, close to ALL the fishing, with a comfortable place to sleep and enjoy your down time. Very clean and updated inside the condo, nice floor plan with plenty of room on all 3 floors. Very nicely decorated. This place has bathrooms on each floor as well as enough beds to sleep a big group. Two full kitchens, one on the 1st floor and 2nd floor, and tons of fridge/freezer space. The dish TV service works great as well as the internet connection. Plenty of service to do whatever you needed to do. There is an upper deck and lower deck outside that you can enjoy the view and sunrise/sunsets or fish anytime you want. You are on the water, with a boat slip so no wasted time launching your boat every day. There is also great guide service for offshore or inshore fishing available out of the marina. The lower deck has a grill and large ice machine and fish cleaning table. I don't normally do allot of reviews, but this place was so amazing I had to share our experience. This place checks all the boxes and more! Owners were great to work with and I cant wait to go back! Tight lines!
