My daughters counselor, Kelly, is great. However, I feel the only thing they care about is money and not patient care. My daughter had a minor procedure which turned into a major procedure the day before her scheduled appointment. I called them immediately to reschedule (22 hours notice) and they told me I had to pay a $75 cancellation fee for not calling 24 hours in advance. Im very disappointed in the blatant lack of concern for my daughter.

Great people but beware of being late. If you are 15 or more minutes they will make you pay which is pretty standard. I give 3 stars because they send a reminder text a few days in advance but they dont call to check and see whats going on if youre late. Some places do that and some dont. I prefer the places that do. If they had called me on a recent appointment it would have saved me $50 as I was late but could have instantly got on video chat. Just got distracted around the appointment time.

I would never suggest going here. My counselor was belittling and full of empty promises.

Wish zero stars were an option. Therapist promised to email documents after initial visit- never did. Called to leave message for him- told that therapist do not take messages and I would have to set up an appt and PAY to remind him to do his job. The negligance of the staff has made our situation worse. They have sent the message to a child that you can't even PAY a person to care about you. To top it off we scheduled with psych before leaving (because of severity) THEN called afterwards and told could not be seen without a referral from a primary care doctor. VERY frustrating that you cannot get help when needed! My account was THEN charged for the psych appt that I was told we could not keep without a referral. This place practices bad business and has a negligent staff- do NOT trust them with your children's wellbeing.
