Was a customer of this store for years. Have paid off many items, and Im currently paying off the last item I got from this store. Lindsey is not consistent with her customers at all. Aarons sends me countless text messages and emails and postal mail announcing different $1 Gets You Started promotions of $5 Gets You Started promotions and they practically beg their customers to go into the store for a purchase, but it seems like every time I have gone there recently, the sales team doesnt know what qualifies for the promotion (even though the promotions terms are clearly listed on their website), and they have to call Lindsey, who almost always comes up with an excuse about why she cant honor the promotion. The last time I went there, her excuse was that certain electronics were not included in the promotion because some customers use the promotion and never make payments on the items. But, to use that excuse on a customer of many years, I just cant fathom it. So, just to see if she was picking and choosing who she allows to get use the various promotions, my cousin went in the very next day and leased the exact same item I wanted to lease, and Lindsey honored the promotion. Once my current item is paid off, this store will never get another dime of my money.

One of your drivers destroyed my driveway he forgot to to close the back of his truck and lift and destroyed my rocks and didnt put it in place
