    It has been a mess from the start. Rent is outrageous, but the units appeared to be nice. Shortly after move in, there was mold growing everywhere. Everywhere. On the cabinets, on anything made of wood or leather. The front office was notified and they sent someone to clean it. Surprise, surprise, the mold returned. Someone was again sent to clean. Then problems with the AC. Then the doors had trouble closing all the way, almost as if the foundation shifted. Then there was flooding coming from somewhere in the unit, which flooded half the apartment. Then it was found that the dryer vent wasnt even connected. Do yourself (and your mental health) a favor and find somewhere else to live. What a waste of $20,000 for the shortest lease possible.

    Loud college parties from neighbors downstairs. You can smell their weed smoking from my apartment despite closed doors and windows. Sound from neighbors upstairs so loud you can follow their every step room to room. They are trying to charge us $1400 to replace carpet in THREE rooms after moving out. Carpets only need shampooing, not replacement. Whole floor uneven, resulting in vinyl floor cracking. Tub from upstairs leaked into our ceiling and water damage from windows damaging drywall. Mildew covers the outdoor windows and we can't access it to wash it. The pool was beautiful, but closed half the season in 2023 and not family-friendly with all the college kids drinking in the pool and playing vulgar music. We moved because of the daily noise problem from neighbors. Office just called it "normal for apartment living" but everyone that came over agreed it was extremely loud. May be good for college kids wanting to be close to campus, but not a family or adult looking for a quiet place to live.
