Got installed in March a new inside/outside unit. Craig was professional...until I saw the rust left in my attic (have pictures) from the removal of my unit. Was promised during installation that it would be cleaned up, but was not. Items including washers/nuts, tape and package paper from new unit and insulation were left in my brand new drip pan as well, along with my paperwork on top of my sweating unit. Was promised a free floater switch and contacted Craig to assure it would be handled, but owner was going through personal issues, apologized, and then disappeared without at least a courtesy touch up call. Now its Oct. and putting on the heater for the first time our unit sounds like a electric transformer going off. I blame myself for not asking to run the heater also before Craig and his crew left..but should I have to? Airtek is now gone and Im stuck with a 1yr free labor warranty that is no good...along with a broken promise of a floater switch and a fire hazard in my attic till I pay for someone elses service next week. I wish Craig the best and truly forgive him...but I will not go unheard.

Just like he said "why call the rest when you can call the best!" It's true! Craig is very professional and does great work for a great price.
