Sweet Gum Community has been established in Sulphur for over 30 years. Come join us at one of our 129 modern home sites with all utility hookups and mature shade trees in a quiet country setting with city conveniences. We offer something for everyone from young families to singles and seniors, with a community clubhouse equipped with a full kitchen and billiards, to privacy fences and cable and telephone hookups available. Sweet Gum is centrally located with easy access to I-10, and shopping, entertainment, parks, schools and jobs all within 10 miles.
