        Tender care repaired my sprinkler system recently. I was impressed with their work ethic. The staff worked hard causing as little damage to lawn as possible, They were very pleasant and respectful.I would definitely recommend this company.

        We are extremely pleased with the excellent work that they have done for us. They take time to fully assess your needs and try to work with you to achieve your goals. We found them to be honest, knowledgable and dependable. They are hands down the best!! Services: Irrigation system repair & maintenance, Landscape design, Lawn mowing & maintenance, Weed control, Lawn pest control, Yard work

        I feel like this company provided the service I asked for. They did a nice job and cleaned up nicely afterwards, however, BE AWARE THAT THEIR LABOR FEE IS $85 PER HOUR PER LABOR PERSON THAT THEY SEND OUT. Not $85 per hour. $85 per hour per 'worker'. I was deceived, but paid.

        Last year Tender Care drew up my landscape design & listened to my suggestions & gave advice on what plants would look nice! The sidewalk I asked for was much more than I expected! I found the cost to be very reasonable! Tender Care will bid jobs separately to work with your budget! I have been so pleased with their work that I rescheduled them for landscape maintenance & leveling my lawn! I highly recommend Tender Care for all your yard needs! You wont be disappointed! Services: Irrigation system repair & maintenance, Mulching, Landscape design, Lawn mowing & maintenance, Weed control, Yard drainage, Yard work

      Mr. Thomas, we appreciate any and all feedback as a local business. We hate that you feel the urge to give us such a low rating. We honestly feel we have done better then the 1 star reviewed here. But we understand this is always a customers way of expressing themselves. We responded to the call in. Scheduled the service for the day/time you requested in a timely manner when your wife was off of work. Handled all issues that you had with the irrigation system. Yes, all irrigation repairs are “time & material” at a labor rate of $85 per hour per technician. We apologize that you feel deceived as that is never our intent. Our reputation is worth way more then just a 2-3 hours of labor billed. If we would have known you felt deceived we just would not have done the repairs as the only thing that is the problem now is the price not the irrigation system. Again, we are sorry to have failed you in any way.
