        Super safe, good area, a little outdated compared to most BW hotels but they make up for it with service! Great staff and I will be coming back soon. Rooms: Rooms are very clean but need an update. Frank and natalie were super helpful! Food & drinks: The breakfast is GREAT and so is the lady that worked the breakfast area! DeDe helped me get my families breakfast to the room and was so friendly! The lady the next day at breakfast wAS awesome also.

        Decent hotel overall, but definitely in need of upgrades. Disappointed to find no USB charge station in the room, and the iron board is too small for regular clothing. On the plus side, they do provide meals three nights a week, which is a nice touch.Update: Disappointed Repeat Stay I returned to this hotel, and while it's not terrible, there are significant issues. They only clean the room every other day, despite my week-long stay. Even after expressing dissatisfaction, the promised cleaning on Thursday was subparjust changing trash liners! Plus, the shower curtain mysteriously disappeared. Not amused. As someone with influence over employee lodging, this experience doesn't bode well for recommendations. Improvement needed!
