        Horrible, horrible, horrible. My wife dropped off our taxes 2 months ago. I have called 34 times in two weeks to get an update on my taxes. On April 10th, 5 days before the deadline. The lady sue finally gave me an answer on the 10 th. They have lost my w-2s. And sue couldnt care less. She said I dont know what to tell you. And then tried to blame this on my wife. Very unprofessional. Very impersonal. I will never go back. They cant keep track of my paperwork they surely cant keep track of anyone elses.
