My little dog, well, medium dog was mauled by a vicious big dog, ...... big BIG dog recently. I drove to my vets but they were closed , but saw on map app that Southern Pearl was open for just a few more minutes, so I went there. I walked in carrying my bloody dog, and the staff and nurses came and grabbed him from me immediately. The person behind the counter then turned to me and just started calming me down while asking what happened. The people there were so very caring and gentle! Not only to my dog, but to me as well. The gentleness and very caring manner of all the staff was .......just........WOW!!! I think I've actually found my dog's . new veterinary! Thinking about it all now....about 3 weeks later....reminds me of that warm feeling I had after I got there and about how much I really liked the staff and the whole atmosphere at Southern Pearl Vet. I'm sincerely impressed! Kind and gracious......describes them perfectly!
