        The company as a whole do not show consistency or competence! I was charged for a medication for my chihuahua, and when asked about it they told me that Dr. Cross or no other staff member gave it to her I also explained that I never received it either so what do I need to do so that she's given what I thought was an important enough medication that they did charge for it I payed but the meds was never given and when asked what do I need to do they just said well will take off the charge ,but that's not the issue if my beloved pet needed a shot or a pill for a reason why did they dismiss it so quickly!!!!!! A very concerned pet parent!
