Doctors Urgent Care

The girls at the front desk were very rude except one older lady, she was kind. The male Dr was very unsympathetic and I felt rushed. He didnt do anything and I was still charged full price. Did not have a good experience.

Today (Thu), at 5:47 PM, I brought my child here. The door says, Accepting Patients 9 - 6 PM. It was unlocked. When we get ti the window, the receptionist said, Were not accepting patients. We stopped at 5:30. Were at SouthStar - and almost done (6:20 PM).

I've read some bad reviews about this place, but i went because it was close too my house. I recieved fast and excellent care. Very professional and everyone was as nice, as nice can be.

Aimee Coulon, APRN, reception and other staff members were very kind, understanding, patient and came to a complete resolve for my problem. I have never received such great medical care anywhere in my entire life. Thank you!
