Went for some used tires . Im glad the lady behind the desk Deterred me away from getting recaps or old tires but the guy who pit them on , now he is a deceiving guy ( HAYES) was his name. I asked if he could torq lugs to spec he said he did however he was “finished “ in less than 3 min . Went somewhere else and there were a handful loose

Just like every TA I go to, and the reason I usually avoid them, it's dirty and poorly run. I have avoided TA for over a year, but finally got caught having to use one because of HOS. The parking lot is so full of pot holes that the truck kept bottoming out on the skirts, and they want $20 to park. Just disgusting to have that many spots reserved, and you can't even see the word reserved because the lot is so dark, and the paint is either missing because of pot holes, or worn out. Sadly, I had to pay, but will avoid this, and all TAs and Petro stations for as long as I can. Sad that a company that is there to serve truckers feels the need to gage them like this. TA, your a sad sad place.

Whatever you do di not stop here for teuck service. When i came in i was told 1.5h for ine trailer tire to be changed and it ended up being 7hr. Stay away and di not waist you time.
