        I can't say enough good things about this store! I was visiting town for a funeral and wanted to bring my kiddos back a "happy" (small present) so I popped in. What a gold mine! They were having a 50% off select items sale, so I just *had* to purchase a few extra things for Christmas! Just shopping in person was a positive experience, but what really solidified my love of this store is the phenomenal customer service I experienced after the fact. Once we got home, I realized there was a manufacturing defect in the item I purchased. I contacted them and was immediately assured they would ship me out a replacement - free! Since that experience, I have placed 2 more orders from their online store (and continued to have excellent customer service experience with navigating their online ordering). This place will be my first stop for all future birthday and Christmas shopping needs! Great selection of high quality toys with fantastic customer service. Plus, I love shopping local!
