        It was so easy to complete the rental process online. The best part of the whole process was Meeting Lisha the Storage Manager. She answered all my questions and clearly explained the in and out process. I was then shown how to enter and exit as well as where my unit was and how to secure it. If you are on the fence about anything don't be great customer service.
