        Doing covid I decided to stop CrossFit and switch to a trainer that would appreciate my business. I decided to try Parisi and when I tell you that the trainer Mandy of Parisi is a very great trainer. Not only is she patient with you, but she will guide you through the process of how you would like look. She also listens, motive, and help you achieve your goals. I would recommend her to anyone.

        I love coach Mandy she does an amazing job with the boys! She is an awesome trainer and mentor to my son he really looks forward to his sessions.
