Mr. JaubertThank you for sharing the experience you had with us. Please allow us to apologize for the long wait time due to an IT issue we were dealing with because of our new computer software. As for the product you were recommended, we do agree that the label does not specifically list Deer Flies, but it does not exclude them either. Based on our combined 76 years in the Pest Industry, we know that there is a lot of inaccurate information on the internet. We would recommend that you contact the manufacture of the product directly, as we did this morning to confirm our knowledge that the product does work on Horse Flies and Deer Flies. The toll free number is also listed on the packaging (800) 331-2867. We would highly recommend, when doing any type of research on chemical products that you always contact the manufacture directly, as they will have all the clinical testing data to achieve product approval from the EPA, and not rely on internet searches for this type of critical information. With all that being said, we do have a 14 day refund policy on all unopened, unused products. Please exercise that option if you decide not to use the product. Thank you for being a customer.
