I work for Bayou Title Inc. and one of the biggest frustrations for us, buyer/borrower and real estate agent, is not receiving any updates from the lender. Tim always sends everyone a weekly video update. I love this feature and wish more lender's would follow.

We had a TERRIBLE experience with a previous lender (Freedom Mortgage), leaving us scrambling the week of our scheduled closing.
Tim and the crew at AmRes saved the day and was able to get us closed in a little under a month!
