Outback Steakhouse

I ordered curbside to go and had to drive 40 minutes home with it. The food was surprisingly good. It was well packaged. It was still warm. I had been craving a steak and it was the best meal I had in a while. Even the blooming onion was still delicious. There were a little vents in the top of the container to keep it from getting soggy. The curbside lady was really nice. She was really fast. All I had to do was pull up there and park near the door and they came right out. Excellent experience.

4/7/2024@1:30pm I have been visiting the outback in Slidell over 20 years and today was the most horrible experience ever. I ordered a ribeye medium well with a stuff potato and a salad. When the steak came out it was medium rare so I told the waiter Kevin who in turned told me no its medium well, I requested for the manager and I ask her what does the steak look like and she said medium I Kevin said it was well at this point she was nice which at any place you go to if you have a problem they replace the steak and again I have been coming here over 20 years and have been to many steak restaurants. This lady took the steak I touched and cut into many times put it back on the grill cook it well done and bought it back. I said are you serious you just contaminated the meat you took it back to the grill after I touched it and she said I am the owner I have been the owner for 7 years and we always do that. I will be reporting this and call the proper people. She took the steak off the ticket

My right hand is paralyzed. I can't cut steak. I asked the woman who took my order to request the chef cut it for me. She said I'll ask but he's really busy. They didn't do it.
