My favorite place to get pho in the Slidell area! Hands down!! Great service! Fast! The coffee is good too!

I've tried Pho a handful of times and always thought it was ok. It wasn't until my wife and I decided to go to Pho Bistro for a Tuesday lunch date and it completely changed my mind. We ordered the #14 Pho Tai Nam and it was absolutely delicious! The Pho came out hot and with the freshest of Ingredients. We also ordered the #54 Com Bo Luc Lac. It was a stir fried steak and onions served with steamed rice. It was fantastic! Our waitress was great. She was very polite and attentive. She recommended the #54 and we ran with it. Her recommendation did not disappoint! I highly recommend Pho Bistro. If you're in Slidell or passing through the area it is most certainly a top contender and a must try. Stop in and have a seat, you won't be disappointed.

We are always very pleased with Pho from this restaurant. We have ordered take-out many times and the attention to detail and portion sizes are equivalent to dine in; which is phenomenal.
