I have purchased several homes in my lifetime. For some of those I was required to use an agent assigned as part of my relocation package and for some I was allowed to choose on my own. Thinking about the experiences I have had purchasing houses, my experience with Nathan Bell was nothing short of exceptional. From our initial conversations through closing day, Nathan went above and beyond to ensure we found a home that fit our budget, was in a good and safe location, and with great appreciation potential.
First and foremost, Nathan has outstanding knowledge and expertise in the real estate market. He took the time to understand our wants and requirements and searched for properties that met our criteria. We visited a lot of potential homes and eventually selected one that we believed to be just right.
Buying a home requires a lot of communication. Nathan was very responsive and kept us informed throughout the entire process. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner, provided updates as needed, and ensured that we were informed every step of the way. As our search narrowed in on a specific property, Nathan went the extra mile coordinating with the selling agent and finding service providers for home inspections, pest inspections, and repair work. Nathan even volunteered to be available to meet with utility providers to ensure all utilities were activated.
