Bruce's Chinese Kitchen

I have to take in consideration the whole dining experience. Place is very clean to begin with. I was greeted cordially, not like your typical restaurant that asks how many people are dining in and takes you right over the booth or table. I wasnt sure what I wanted to eat so the waitresses was very helpful and I was happy with the choice she helped make. Food very clean and fresh. So far, this restaurant has the best Chinese food and prices that Ive been. By the way , I got the #8.

Food isn't anything special and the flavors just weren't there. I had Mo gu gai pan combo with fried rice and egg roll and a side of steamed dumplings. The sauce in the mo gu gai pan was extremely thick and chunky without flavor. The fried rice was ok, but not like other Chinese restaurants. The egg roll was soggy with oil, I took one bite and that was it. I also ordered steam dumplings and they were over steamed and falling apart. I ordered take out and the service was friendly and efficient. Pickup was on time and an easy checkout. I will not be back.
