        I have never been anywhere where ive received as bad of customer service than here at spectrum in slidell. Spoke to the store manager and she was of worse help than the rest of the associates. Didnt even try to pretend to help solve my situation.. Repeatedly cut me off any time i, the customer, tried to see if we could find a different avenue for a solution. Just horrible. The representatives over the phone helped more than she ever did. They should look for someone whos actually interested in working in customer service and has some decent experience in management as well finding some middle ground. This isnt even the first time weve dealt with this specific store manager. This is just the first time ive decided to voice my concerns; nor am i the only one feeling this way. Spoken to several people in this zip code who share some similar thoughts concerning this store manager.. horrible. she should be tucked away in a cubicle filing paperwork.
