The pump in my factory was giving trouble regularly and it was disturbing the production process very much. The pump which I bought from Thomas Pump and Machinery was showing some problems and I was a bit worried about that. Their technical staff arrived within 24 hours of calling them and after identifying the problem, replaced the pump with a new one within a few hours. It did not hampered my production schedule and I was really impressed to see their after sales service and commitment. And they did not charge anything for this service.
