I arrived for a delivery at night and parked on the gravel surface behind the car parking lot. at 5:30 in the morning a bearded man started knocking very hard on the cabin and said that I couldnt stand here and that I should park in the dock. At night I didnt see that it was possible to park on the side of the road near the docks .I give one star for disrespect towards truck drivers. unloading takes 1-1.5 hours.

I ordered 2 cases of the Orleans burgers approximately 4 months ago. Just now opened the second case to find that it was HORRIBLY freezer-burned! I sent an email under their website with a complaint....no answer. Just got off the phone with them and they are not going to replace the case with a fresh one. Honestly, didn't eat all of the first case because there were several that were freezer-burned, as well.Will never buy Anything from this place again!!!!

The St. Tammany Parish government was telling some residents to stay inside after a reported chemical leak in the Slidell area. "First responders are actively working an ammonia leak around 550 Carnation St. in Slidell. Those within one mile of that location should Shelter in Place. Please avoid the area," parish officials posted to social media. The US Occupational Safety and Health Administration says, "Ammonia is considered a high health hazard because it is corrosive to the skin, eyes, and lungs." St. Tammany authorities released little other information. "Updates will be made as they are available." Google Maps says that Thompson Packers Inc. is located at 550 Carnation St. They provide beef, pork, veal and lamb. The company's website says, "Thompson Packers is a 100-plus employee meat packing operation that supplies not only restaurants, but hotels and the offshore and marine catering industry as well as national distributors."
