        The initial order taking process was quick and easy. The cashier was very nice. Things quickly turned as I arrived home, and we realized that items were missing and other items were just completely made wrong. I called the store over 9 times to no avail. I returned to the store for a correction and was met with attitude and distain. The manager yelled from the kitchen that she was not replacing or fixing the order. People like this just simply need to avoid the service industry, especially food service. Hopefully, a GM or someone higher will see this along with the survey, and they are able to implement the desperate training and changes needed.

        My least favorite Taco Bell. Always out of something and rude. Especially the short and shy manager that wears the big thick glasses. She never knows whats going on and cant handle managerial issues. The speaker always broke too.
