Dr. Nguyen and his assistant Nancy are awesome! During my exam, and subsequent crown installation (all in the same day!) they were informative and, on occasion very funny! They both made my appointment extremely enjoyable! I won't hesitate to return for my next visit!

I always have a pleasant experience here. I went to Louisiana Dental for a decade with nothing but issues. The staff here is incredibly friendly. They are helpful and efficient. I would never trust another dental office. I even moved to the Mississippi Gulf Coast and I make the drive here just for my dental work! I usually see Dr. Nguyen as he is my primary dentist, but I recently had an appointment with another dentist there in an emergency and still recieved quality care. Which is difficult to find in the dental industry. I was a dental assistant once upon a time. So I say these things with the utmost confidence! Thank you Dr. Nguyen and thank you to all the staff!!

Horrible scheduling, communication issues, and organization going on in this office. It is unfortunate that I will not be returning to this great Dentist due to the circus running this office. Example: Received a bill 2 months after oral surgery, when I paid 2 months ago, in full, 5 days ahead of my appointment. Funny, because the lady specifically made me pay over the phone before she could even schedule it, per policy. If thats the policy, how and why are you asking for a payment 6 months later? Edit: They are still claiming I need to pay and have been ignoring my emails showing proof of payment. Edit: They responded and said they fixed the issue, but then 6 months later, I receive a nice notice from a credit agency regarding an outstanding balance thats been reported.
