Recently switched to the practice and they are fantastic. Prompt service and lots of availability. Very happy with everyone there.

My boyfriend had a root canal done here. The filling fell out and he went to another dentist to get it checked. Due to North Shores incompetence they left a space in his tooth and its now infected and has to be pulled. It has also affected the tooth next to it that will now require a root canal. He essentially paid them a lot of money, to mess up his mouth.

Something about the dentist makes me so uneasy, but I'm so grateful to have chosen this office. Ms. Kitty, please forgive me if I said her name wrong, was such a warm, welcoming, kind, and calming lady. She was reassuring and incredibly pleasant! The doctor was a sweet soul as well. Of course, my teeth were taken care of, but so were my nerves.

Great office. Staff are very polite, professional, and helpful. Wendy is an awesome hygienist. I saw Dr. Genard for an exam. He is very thorough and kind. I have been in dental 10 years in Louisiana and 28 years in Redmond Washington. When we retired and moved back home I was nervous about finding a new Dentist. I love this office. My husband saw Dr. Hoffritz for an emergency visit. He was awesome also. I highly recommend this wonderful team!
