        I called and asked for the department needed, was transferred about 3 times. Every one that answered were nice until I got to a Roxanne. Roxanne was super rude and nasty. When she answered I simply asked if this is the department that dealt with parental rights. I am not sure if that subject is touchy for her but in a rude tone she says well we are not attorney's and can't answer anything. I am not sure if I needed an attorney to tell me her department. Roxanne needs training or to be fired because I almost cussed her because of the way she was talking to me. I hung the phone up to preserve my peace though
