Waited 45 mins for 6 boneless wings and some fries that were hard and cold with no napkins or ranch when I asked for extra ranch! I worked in the restaurant business for many years, and when I had a full lobby and online orders like crazy, I was not joking with my coworkers and eating food in front of the the customers while they just sit there looking for their food not having any work to sit because theres so many people waiting. Pretty disrespectful if you ask me. I dont know who runs this store, but something needs to change. Where are your district managers because the GM is not doing their job. Im not the One to write reviews, but this one really pissed me off to the max

Starters, we were greeted as we entered the door and every guest behind us as all of those who came in following. The place is small and only seats 4 tables. The fries were over cooked and burnt. The wings and flavor was on point. The staff was very friendly but it did take some time to get us our order and we were first in before the lunch rush. Nothing really negative except the long wait time and the burned, over cooked fries.

Management allowed people to walk in claim to be door dash didn't verify anything. They stole the food twice then proceeded to tell me I can't order from there anymore because they won't keep remaking food they are letting people not the paying customer steal. Makes a ton of sense huh. This is one of the worst cases of incompetence I've seen in a long time.
