        The staff was courteous and and helpful but couldn't seem to fix my truck. I called a week prior to go in, to set the appointment up and ask them to look up the service bulletin for the problem that I was bringing truck in for and was told that the technician would look it up. Obviously they didn't look it up, and now The air condition controls still don't work right and I guess I'm going to have to find another dealership to try to take it to to get it fixed. Hopefully I can find a dealership who will listen to the customer when they advise them what the problem is and I can get the air conditioning working properly.
