Well, I am purchasing a new vehicle this Thursday, and need insurance. So I went threw Direct Auto and had a lady named Jessica as my auto insurance sales lady helping me out. And she did a fantastic job with helping me out getting a new insurance policy.

Yes. My insurance agent name was Jessica Grabert & I couldnt pass this opportunity up without giving her a shoutout. She was very patient, professional, very well- spoken & last but not least I love the fact that the things that I didnt understand, she definitely didnt have a problem explaining it to me and I really appreciate her. Ive witnessed some insurance agents rude and impatient. I would highly recommend anyone to Ms.Jessica, and from the bottom of my heart I want to say that I appreciate her & that she deserves the best.
