Very respectful people. Enjoyed speaking with them. Thank you for taking such good care of my vehicle at what I call a BAD time. At the time lol. They were very professional and kind.

We paid for our car three days before they agreed to release it. Found food bags and someones beanie hat in the car that werent there when the picked it up. And before we retrieved the car back when I called to BEG them to allow us to get the car the lady who answers their phone told me I should have paid my bills. I was out of work due to pregnancy and my child being in NICU when it was born. RUDE! Not to mention LADY would wouldnt have a job if it werent for the services needed.

I found a used hair clip wedged in my front seat, a new dent in my rear driver side door and a package with two pairs of shoes for MY KIDS was ripped open and only one pair of shoes is present. But what should I expect? Will they ever be held accountable? We all know the answer to that question. I have less respect for your line of work than I do for ambulance chasing personal interview attorneys
