        I highly recommend Summerfield Retirement Community to anyone looking for a new place to call home. My mom lived there for several years and just recently passed away. Summerfield is a retirement community with independent living or Assisted Living. You can decide what level of assistance fits your situation if you need help. My mom enjoyed the weekly activitiesbingo, painting, crafts, singers, happy hour and the Special events such as a Mardi Gras Ball, Hawaiian luau, holiday luncheons and many other fun activities. The Administrator, Fran Kelly-Lacour and the entire staff go out of their way to create a wonderful Senior Living environment at Summerfield.

        Wow! What a truly amazing facility! We recently took a tour for my parents and we were blown away! The staff greeted us friendly, the building was stunning, the lunch we had was delicious and the residents we spoke to on our tour had us convinced this was the place for my parents. Summerfield is the best in St. Tammany for a reason!! Top notch on all fronts!
