Agree with the responders who cite unprofessionalism and rudeness by the staff. Also poor quality work, unit stopped working again 2 days after they came, called them back wanted to charge me again, when I questioned it, the lady was rude and disrespectful.

Do not trust this man I saw him chase a car almost cause a wreak and sat in the middle of the street cursing and threatening the person while a line of cars were behind him, if he acts like this in his business van with such road rage he clearly isnt competent or mature enough to run a business

Extremely rude and untimely. I have spent $1,000 over the past 2 visits with them and now I'm calling again because heat and cooling aren't working, and the owner cursed me out for expressing my frustration. Now I have to take them to small claims court. Thanks L&M!!!
