Caddo Water Well Drilling and Service LLC

I was having trouble with my water well so I called this company twice in a week and was told by the secretary that Billy would call me back. Well it's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't heard from Billy. This alone is a red flag for me. I do not recommend this company.

They might be good but who knows? Called 10 times within their listed business hours and nobody answered.

We called because our water in the house had just stopped running. They came out and let us know when they were on the way but not when they got here. My husband came outside to see them leaving. The problem is we have a fenced in property and they just let themselves in without saying anything. We have two big dogs and had we come outside while they were here the dogs may very well have attacked them. Also they didnt see anything wrong with our pump and instead of talking to us to make sure we had water they just left without doing anything. I called them to let them know it wasnt ok to just go onto someones fenced in property and the owner just yelled at me and told us to never call them again without even letting me explain why I was upset

Terrible service. BILLY failed to communicate through the entire process. He said we would come a certain day to come finish the job and wouldn't show up til a day or two later. Very unprofessional he told me it would take 3 days to do the job..it ended up being 3 WEEKS and 3 days. And did offer to give a discount for taking so long ..
