The Colony House

I just received flowers from this place from my sister in Houston! They are gorgeous and smell so good! I have never heard of the colony house but you can bet from now on they will have all of my business. Even the delivery girl was so sweet. She told me have a nice day. I am beyond happy with their service! I wish I could give them more than five stars! I have not had good luck with any other florist in town. Kudos to the Colony House. Wish I could post a picture but I couldnt figure out how to do that

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Absolutely the worst service and experience. When I called to complain to the owner about the horrible way his staff behaved when delivering flowers for my mother, he made excuses, got defensive, blamed everyone for everything, and took zero accountability. For context: we ordered from 1-800-Flowers. I paid for the extra large bouquet (about $125-$150 i think) but when my mother received her flowers they were small (ab $50 value) at best. I called to complain and he then sent his staff back to my mothers job and his staff demanded the flowers back. I have never heard of such classless behavior. Needless to say my mother was very confused and embarrassed, at her place of employment no less. The owner tried to blame 1-800-flowers for the poor way his staff behaved. Says it was their policy but this is unequivocally untrue. I call the company three different times to verify that this was not their policy. Eventually he admitted that this was a policy solely from The Colony House. Smh. All in all, horrible experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I received a beautiful floral bouquet with roses and flowers from my oldest daughter for Thanksgiving last year!!! They lasted a long timeabsolutely stunning arrangement! They have never disappointed me or my family!

Best Flower shop in town! They have an awesome staff that is very helpful and the owners are awesome! The flowers are always on time and absolutely beautiful!!

HORRIBLE Why would you even deliver this MESS!! I ordered 24 hours in advance. Called Teleflora @2pm to state that the order was out for delivery. Order was not delivered. Called back @4pm Teleflora to state business stated they are still open until 5 and will be delivered then. Unacceptable!!! The lady that they were being delivered to waited in the parking lot for yall to delivery and still no delivery at 5pm. Ladies at the office accepted the delivery after 5pm. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AT ALL. I will make sure I do one on every social media. This is not professional at all. Don't even reply, there is nothing you can do but stop sending MESS!!! where is the bow around the vase.. where are the Poises where are the flowers period. YOU DONT DESERVE THIS ONE STAR... THEY SHOULD HAVE NEGATIVE STARS As I stated HORRIBLE. The image is exactly what yall delivered. Teleflora called yall at 4pm and it was still not delivered. Again Never again.
