My mom took her dog in for a bath and grooming and to inquire why her dog was not eating. This vet did a load of injections and vaccinations and related tests WITHOUT her consent. No advance phone call. When she picked up the dog there was nobody available to explain why they did all of the injections / tests without calling her first. ASK FOR CALLS FROM THE VET BEFORE THEY DO UN-AUTHORIZED work on your pet. I do not like this place and advised my mom to go somewhere else. IF YOU ARE A SENIOR CITIZEN DEMAND A CLEAR EXPLANATION FROM THE VET ABOUT WHAT WILL BE DONE BEFOREHAND. YOU CAN USUALLY TELL WHEN A VET CARES ABOUT HIS CUTOMERS AND THEIR PETS. THIS ONE DOESN'T EVEN ANSWER REVIEWS OR COMPLAINTS. THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT WHO THEY ARE. . .

Compassionate and professional, what more can you ask for?! Dr Wade & the techs were fantastic. Even made special concessions for my fearful dog (who was being more than a little difficult ), which I appreciate SO much. I called in the morning about a semi-urgent issue, they got me an appointment for an hour later, and performed surgery on my pup, same day. From phone call to discharge was 6 hours. Team was kind, patient, and efficient. Definitely will call them first in the future.

Kind and knowledgeable staff. I take my two kitties here. Vets truly care about the well-being of your animal and are not trying to scam. A bit pricy but worth it.

came months ago with moonie. He was hurt. The girl took xrays and said that she dont think anything was broken and said its probably just nerve damage. Ive been massaging his leg almost every day since and now its stuck in a certain position and hurts him to move. He still cannot do anything with his leg and Cries when i try to move it around now. He can move his shoulder a little. I think it may need to be amputated now. I am really not happy with that girls service! I feel he got misdiagnosed.. And i could have gotten him the help he needed. It must have been a torn muscle as well or something. I lost my job and now cannot afford to get him treated properly. I gave him time like she said and its gotten worse!! Now what am i supposed to do?? I feel like if he was properly diagnosed i could have gotten him what he needed with my next check after we came in. He licked all his hair off in spits and now his skin!! Thats why i only want dr seale!! He has experience.. I DO NOT want a young learner touching my dogs ever. Im so freaking mad right now!! Are you just going to say oh im sorry and im just another disappointed pet parent with a innocent pup having to suffer?? Or is something going to be done???
